If you use a Credit Card, it must be issued in UK.

Returning an item is easy: in your parcel, you will find a pre-paid, pre-addressed UPS label to affix to your return package. Levi’s® will replace or refund any item returned within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
As a partial contribution to the return processing costs, you will be charged with a handling fee of £4.50. No additional postage is required.
