    • What is PayPal?

      PayPal is an alternate method for purchasing on levi.com . It enables any individual or business with an e-mail address to securely send payments online. With a PayPal account, you can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account, or PayPal account balance for any purchase you make. Your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by the seller or merchant. Plus, you're 100% protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account.

       
      To create a PayPal account, simply fill out the PayPal registration with your desired account type, country of residence, home address, and login information. Visit www.paypal.com to sign up for a new account.
       
      PayPal Conditions:
      • If you select PayPal as your payment option, once you click "Submit Order," you will automatically be re-directed to PayPal.com to complete your payment. Your order will not be submitted until you complete the checkout process on PayPal.com.
      • Once you have been redirected to PayPal.com, you will have 25 minutes to complete the payment before your order is dropped.
      • If you have an issue during the payment process, contact PayPal Customer Service. For the fastest response, you may access the user-friendly Help Center. Developed by the PayPal Customer Service team, this Help Center contains a comprehensive information database. Simply type a question into the search box to receive a complete answer.     • How do I know that my payment details will be secure?

      We take security very seriously, so your personal details will be protected. We use the industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to keep your order information secure. All the confidential data like payment information is encrypted and transmitted through a secure channel using SSL encryption. Transactions also require the use of the security code (CV2) number from the back of your credit or debit card. This information is only available with physical access to the card and is not stored by this web site.

       
      Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping with levi.com, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

      Please note that we never ask a customer to confirm any account or credit card details via email. If you receive an email claiming to be from Levi's® asking you to do so, do not respond and send us an e-mail.
         

    • What is Verified by Visa (3D Secure)?

      The 3D Secure technology is designed to reduce the possibility of fraudulent card use by authenticating the cardholder at the actual time of the transaction and subsequently protect him or her against unauthorized use of the card. Verified by Visa (VbV) authentication requires the cardholder to register their card on the card issuer’s website to take advantage of this service.

       

      If you are registered, at the time of payment, a screen from your card issuer will prompt you to enter the unique personal code that you have registered with them. The card issuer then validates your personal code and approves the transaction.

       

      If you are not registered, but the bank that issued your Visa card supports VbV, you may be prompted to enter your password or to sign up for VbV as you check out. You can also activate your current card now.

       

    • What is MasterCard SecureCode (3D Secure)?

      The 3D Secure technology is designed to reduce the possibility of fraudulent card use by authenticating the cardholder at the actual time of the transaction and subsequently protect him or her against unauthorized use of the card. MasterCard SecureCode authentication requires the cardholder to register their card on the card issuer’s website to take advantage of this service.

    • How can I check the status of my order?

      The status of your order is easy to find:
      • Check your e-mail. You were required to enter an e-mail address during ‘Checkout’. You will receive e-mails at your address keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order.
      • Visit the website. Check the status of your most recent orders by visiting Your Account. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your levi.com orders. When you click on Log in, you will be prompted to enter your e-mail address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current order or past orders. Please note: Immediately after you place an order, order information may not appear on levi.com in your order history for up to 1 hour.

    • What could be the Status of my Order?

      The status of your order is available in Your Order History and is automatically updated each time your order moves a step further in the process. (Please note: Immediately after you place an order, order information may not appear on levi.com in your order history for up to 1 hour.) The following list of status messages and their meanings will help you understand what's going on with your order. 
       
      • In Progress: Your order has been submitted and the information you entered during checkout is being processed. Note: Your order will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods, or their prices, as published on the website. All orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after the order is made, you will be contacted.  
      • Dispatched: The items have shipped from our warehouse and are on their way to the shipping destination indicated by you during checkout.   
      • Cancelled: If an error occurs during payment or order processing, it first goes into suspension while we attempt to reach you for verification, and then it is cancelled. Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be processed anymore and must be placed again on our website.  
      • Returned: If you returned an item to our warehouse, this status lets you know that we have received the item
      • Refunded: Your return has been accepted and we refunded the amount due. It should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 working days. Please note that refund times are dictated by the issuing bank and are outside our control. 
         

    • How do I track my order?

      If you want to check your order history, or track an existing order, you can do so by clicking on Log in. Then enter your email address and password. If you’ve forgotten it, don’t freak out. Just click on the ‘Forgotten your password’ link and we’ll email it to you straight away.

    • Where can I purchase Levi's® products?

      Purchasing at a Store. Locate stores in your area that carry Levi's® products by clicking on the Store Locator in the top navigation bar. To find a nearby store carrying Levi's® products, enter your city or postcode. Then, click the "Go" button to see the results of your search. Unfortunately we cannot tell you which products the stockists have in their store at the given time. Since not every store stocks every item, please call first to make sure the store closest to you carries what you need.

       

      Purchasing Online. You may browse for and purchase Levi's® products online from our Online Shop. You can do this by gender, by product category, by collection or by key word. To shop online, go to the Online Shop page, and simply click on one of our many sections. (Please note we cannot guarantee that all products are in stock.) You can also access this information in the left column of each product page.

    • What is my Cart?

      When you are shopping on levi.com and see something you want to buy, you just click on ‘Add to Cart’. Items you place in your Cart will remain there until they are purchased or removed, so you can always see exactly what you are buying.


      Options in the Cart:
      • Change the size: just click on another size and then on 'Apply changes' to update it.
      • Update the quantity: To do this, simply click on the down arrow next to the quantity and select the number of items you want (three maximum).
      • Remove an item from your Shopping Cart: To remove an item, click on the 'Delete' button. 
      • Checkout: When you are ready to purchase your item(s), you will want to ‘Checkout‘. 
      • Continue shopping: click on ‘Continue Shopping’ if you are not done yet! 
          
    • How do I buy a product if I am a registered customer?

      If you are a registered customer, follow these simple checkout steps.

       

      1)  Your cart: Review your entire order, including sizes and quantities, all of which can be edited at this point. If you have a discount code, make sure you type it in the appropriate field and hit ‘Ok’ to apply it you your order. When you are ready to purchase your item(s), you will want to ‘Checkout‘.

      3) Enter your details: We will ask you to check that your order, delivery and billing details are correct and approve the delivery cost. You will also see your applied discounts and promotions, and total charges.

      • Shipping: Select your delivery address in you Address Book. You can also create a new address if you want to. If your billing address is the same as your delivery address, check the ‘My billing and delivery address are the same’ option. Once you have verified your address, click ‘Continue.’

      • Order: Review your entire order, including your delivery address, and billing information, which can still be edited at this point.  Finally, confirm that you have read and agree that the Customer Services Policy and the Terms and Conditions govern your purchase, before clicking on ‘Continue.’

      4) Order acknowledgment: After you complete the checkout process, the order acknowledgment page provides you with your order number, date and total.     • How do I know if my jeans are authentic?
      Levi Strauss & Co. is committed to enforcing its trademark and property rights and to prevent the sale of counterfeit products bearing its trademarks or designs. However, we are aware of counterfeit Levi's® product being sold online or in unauthorised stores.

       

      Characteristics of counterfeit products vary from case to case. Two of the most recognizable Levi's® trademarks on our jeans are:
      • The Tab Device® trademark on the back pocket. 
      • The Arcuate Stitching Design® trademark on the back pockets. The Arcuate Stitching Design® trademark is easily recognized as the ‘double arcs’ displayed on each side of the back pocket.

       

      In order to avoid the possibility of purchasing counterfeit jeans, we suggest you purchase our products from an authorised Levi's® dealers. On our website at eu.levi.com, you can buy jeans online or find a nearby store carrying Levi's® products, using the Store Locator.

    • How do I open an account on levi.com?

      Opening an Account on levi.com is easy. When you click on Register (top right of the Website), or when you place an order, you will be prompted to log in with your e-mail address and password. Just fill in the form with your details and save it to have a Levi’s® account!
       
      An account offers you a safe, easy and fast way to order. You can save several addresses to make it easier to find and buy your favourite items. It also serves as a way to track your orders. To receive e-mail updates on special promotions, new product announcements, gift ideas and more, don’t forget to sign up to the newsletter!
       

      Any details you give us are completely confidential, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not pass your details on to anyone else.
        

    • What if I forget my Password?

      If you have forgotten your password, click on Log in now and then on the ‘Forgotten password’ link and we'll email you a new one straight away.

       

  • Return Policy

    • What are the return rules and restrictions?

      • To receive credit, Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
      • You must include the return portion of the original packing slip. Be certain to save copies for your records.
      • Shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable.
      • If there is extensive damage to an item upon delivery, report it to the carrier agent and contact Customer Services on +800 53487 501. 
      • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within five working days of receipt.
      • If an item is returned that does not comply with this Return Policy, we will not refund you. The item will be returned back to you at your expense. You will be notified of this and other associated charges. This includes any items that are returned outside the 14 calendar day returns period.
      • Items purchased from a Levi's® retail store, Levi's® outlet store, or department store cannot be returned by mail to our online store.
      • Items purchased from levi.com may not be returned to a Levi's® outlet store, a department store or a Levi's® retail store location.
       

    • What if I receive a faulty item?

       

      If you received an item which is damaged or defective upon arrival, please call a Customer Service immediately. You have the right to a repair or replacement (or a full or partial refund where repair or replacement is not available) provided you inform us reasonably quickly. If you prefer to return the item, it is important that you contact us before, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
       
      After 14 days, if your garment proves to be defective in workmanship or materials in normal wear (excluding stains), please call a Customer Service. This does not apply to fair wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage or where you decide you no longer want the item.
       
      Before you call, please have your order number available. If you do not know your order number, please visit Your Account page to find the number in ‘My Orders.‘ In addition, please be prepared with a detailed description of the damage or defect before contacting us.     • When will my order be processed?

      Most orders begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your order will be shipped once the items are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. As soon as your order is dispatched, your will be notified by email. Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

         
      After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the location of your shipping address. To track your order, log into Your Account.
       

    • What if I receive a damaged parcel?

      If at the time of delivery the parcel is either open, in bad condition or damaged, you then have to verify the condition of the products. If they have been damaged or an article is missing, you must refuse the parcel and signify a reserve to the carrier agent (parcel refused because of open/damaged parcel). Please inform Customer Service immediately, so that we may assist you with the refund of your order.
